Warehouse Manager - Central Eastern NC

Ag 1 Source is working with an established organization to focus on adding a Warehouse Manager to come in and learn the business with the opportunity to grow into a Sales Rep if that career path is their desire. This role will be working primarily at the warehouse location in Central Eastern North Carolina, working with the current customers to ensure their products are available and delivered in a timely manner. There is a need for strong customer service skills and overall knowledge of crops grown in the area. You must enjoy working with the farmers and a desire to learn managing inventory. This is a great opportunity with a stable organization (which is hard to come by in today's ag environment). This is a role that is poised for growth potential and what they desire for anyone starting out in this role. What you will be doing:

• Working closely with the sales team and operations to provide product sold to the farmers.
• Keeping the warehouse clean and organized.
• Making deliveries as needed.
• Building relationships with the customers.
• Learning about safety and inventory management.

Compensation: Will depend on experience, but targeting $45-$50K base.
