Turf Farm Operations Manager - Kansas
Ag 1 Source is looking for a Turf Farm Operations Manager for a turf production operation in Kansas. This is a great opportunity for someone that has experience in production agriculture including agronomy and/or turf management.

What you will be doing:
- Working hands-on with all operational areas of production, including maintenance management on all equipment.
- Working closely with all management staff including other managers, leaders and administration.
A successful candidate for this Turf Farm Operations Manager will possess the following:
- Solid background in production farming, either row crop, small grains or turf grass.
- Have a good understanding of equipment maintenance and record keeping of such equipment.
- Ability to set and achieve goals not only on an individual basis but a team basis.
- Spanish speaking would be a huge advantage for this candidate.
- Willingness to put in the hours and time needed while in season.
Compensation: Comp range for the Turf Farm Operations Manager will range from $80-100K depending on experience and qualifications
