Territory Sales Representative - WA, OR

Ag 1 Source is looking for a motivated sales representative for a national orchard, vineyard, and vegetable crop netting directly to growers. This is a great role for a grower-oriented sales associate to work remotely and grow the regional footprint of the company.

What you will be doing:

  • Generate leads and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Demonstrate product knowledge and communicate benefits to customers
  • Build and maintain customer relationships to maximize satisfaction
  • Conduct product presentations and educate customers on usage
  • Attend industry events to enhance networking and brand visibility
  • Assist and coordinate deliveries of product

A successful candidate for this Territory Sales Representative position will possess the following:

  • Proven sales experience in agricultural products
  • Strong knowledge of agriculture and farming techniques
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Willingness to travel frequently
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented

Compensation: The company provides a base salary of $55K-$60K base salary plus commissions on sales

Benefits: The company offers, health and dental insurance, a 401K match, two weeks vacation and mileage reimbursement

Desired Location: The ideal candidate would be centrally located in Wenatchee, Prosser, or the Tri-Cities area of Washington State
