Join a growing global biofuel feedstock trading desk where innovation meets opportunity. As a Renewable Fuels Feedstock Trader, you’ll play a pivotal role in sourcing and trading dynamic commodities such as used cooking oil, animal fats (including poultry fat, beef tallow, and choice white grease), and crop-based oils (like soybean, canola, and distiller’s corn oil). Collaborate with experienced traders across the U.S. while building a strong professional network with 10-15% travel opportunities.

This role will be responsible for:
- Identifying and cultivating new trading opportunities and supply sources in North American and global markets.
- Collaborating with trading teams to optimize strategies for maximum profitability.
- Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and customers to secure seamless trade operations.
- Monitoring market trends to identify and act on lucrative trading opportunities.
Expectations will include:
- Close coordination with risk and senior management teams to develop effective trading strategies.
- Partnering with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of trades.
- Consistently staying informed on market trends to anticipate shifts and seize opportunities.
- Operating with a proactive mindset to achieve and exceed trading goals.
A qualified candidate will possess the following:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Strategy, Ag Economics, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in trading or sales with strong commercial acumen.
- Proven ability to deliver results in a proactive and dynamic environment.
- Teamwork skills with proficiency in collaborative in-person and remote interactions.
Compensation: Base salary plus bonus; DEO
