Procurement Manager - Western Nebraska

Ag 1 Source is looking for a Procurement Manager for its multistate agriculture wholesale distribution and retail facility.

What you will be doing:

• Oversee inventory and supply chain management.
• Procurement for all products.
• Inventory management.
• P&L
• Plan work and implement procedures and systems to maximize operating efficiencies, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
• Provide consistent performance feedback and dedicate appropriate time to developing skills.
• Work well with a team to help lead and direct for success.
• Ensure top-quality over-all products.
• Work to improve relevant processes and procedures.
• Be sure that appropriate safety is in place.
• Carry out responsibilities in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures.

A successful candidate for this Procurement Manager position will possess the following:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) preferred.
• Proficient with a variety of ag-related software.
• Ability to leverage relationships to help grow the business and succeed.

Compensation: $100,000-140,000

Benefits: Full benefits package
