Procurement Manager - Western Nebraska
Ag 1 Source is looking for a Procurement Manager for its multistate agriculture wholesale distribution and retail facility.

What you will be doing:
- Oversee inventory and supply chain management.
- Procurement for all products.
- Inventory management.
- P&L
- Plan work and implement procedures and systems to maximize operating efficiencies, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Provide consistent performance feedback and dedicate appropriate time to developing skills.
- Work well with a team to help lead and direct for success.
- Ensure top-quality over-all products.
- Work to improve relevant processes and procedures.
- Be sure that appropriate safety is in place.
- Carry out responsibilities in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures.
A successful candidate for this Procurement Manager position will possess the following:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) preferred.
- Proficient with a variety of ag-related software.
- Ability to leverage relationships to help grow the business and succeed.
Compensation: $100,000-140,000
Benefits: Full benefits package
