Location Manager - Southwest Kansas

Ag 1 Source is looking for a Location Manager to oversee the operations of a highly successful grain operation in SW Kansas. This operation is part of a highly successful, ag retail organization, where you can manage a facility with up to 5-7 employees in season. With over 2.5 million bushels of grain storage. What you will be doing:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the 2 locations.
• Lead the planning of future location advancements and expansion.
• Focus on driving safety, efficiency, and profitability of the operation.

A successful candidate for this Location Manager will possess the following:

• Grain facility and operations background.
• A desire to lead a team seeking continuous improvement.
• Experience in supervising full-time and part-time employees.
