IT Support

Ag 1 Source is looking for a perfect blend of someone that knows agriculture and computers.

What’s in it for you:

• Play an active role in software design by gathering user feedback into Use Cases, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Lead IT Projects to discover and deploy new technology offerings.
• Be the "IT" person for everyone in the organization and the clients.

What you will be doing:

• Serve as company liaison between employees and our outsourced vendor for IT tech support to ensure employee issues for hardware, software, and networks are resolved promptly.
• Take active ownership of employee technology problems.
• Create and oversee a process to proactively help manage and replace the company inventory of hardware and third-party software to maintain and improve employee productivity.
• Responsible for employee technology onboarding.
• Coordinate with other staff to ensure company technologies both adhere to and support our efforts to exceed compliance, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery requirements.
• Serve as first-line support for customer and employee issues with proprietary software offerings.
• Assist in daily operations and maintenance activities to ensure product uptime and accuracy.
• Identify and lead efforts to improve software quality, efficiency, and scalability.
• Help organize and create documentation for software support and training.
• Participate in proprietary software onboarding and training for customers and employees.

A successful candidate for this IT Support role will possess the following:

• Strong computer skills, know your way around hardware and software
• 5 years experience with Excel, Azure, SQL and many more.
• Be a team player with leadership and problem-solving experience

Compensation: Based on experience $70-80K
