General Manager - NPK Facility

What you will be doing:
- Overseeing the operations of a specialized NPK facility including bagging, blending, and pre-processing insecticide and weed and feed.
- Managing a totally automated facility with a focus on efficiency and quality control.
- Utilizing and understanding specialized equipment such as WulfTec stretch line machines and Continental blenders.
- Leading a team of 75-80 employees to ensure smooth operations and adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Working with AgVance software to manage inventory, production schedules, and other aspects of plant operations.
A successful candidate for this General Manager position will possess the following:
- Experience in managing a bagging facility, preferably in the agricultural or chemical industry.
- In-depth knowledge of NPK formulations and the production process.
- Proficiency in utilizing software systems for plant management, with specific experience in AgVance software being a plus.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to relocate or be in the Gulf Coast of Texas, and manage operations in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation:
- Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
