Ag 1 Source is looking for a Formulator specialized in fertilizer, chemical and specialty products.What’s in it for you:

What you will be doing:
- Conducting analysis to assess the quality and efficacy of fertilizer, chemical and specialty products.
- Formulating various products including chemicals, insecticides, biologicals with fertilizer products.
- Reporting directly to the General Manager
- Maintaining detailed logs of blends and formulations
- Developing and optimizing formulas for blending operations
- Utilizing AgVance software data management
A successful candidate for this Formulator role will possess the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field, but experience would make up for education.
- Proven experience in formulating fertilizer and chemical products, preferably in the agricultural industry.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
Compensation:
- Salary range: $75,000 to $100,000 per year
