This role will be responsible for

• Operational Management: Overseeing feed production, delivery, maintenance, and quality control.
• Team Leadership: Hiring, training, and guiding team members toward professional growth and effectiveness.
• Safety Compliance: Ensuring all operations align with safety policies and Safe Feed/Safe Food procedures.
• Inventory and Quality Assurance: Maintaining accurate inventory balances and summarizing quality control data.

Expectations will include

• Efficient coordination of production practices to ensure high-quality feed in a safe environment.
• Monitoring and managing inventory, testing quality, and reporting results to management.

• Occasionally traveling to support company initiatives and training.

A qualified candidate will possess the following

• Preferred college degree in Agribusiness or a related field.
• Experience in feed mill operations, with exposure to batch feed manufacturing, pelleting, and grain processing.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Physical ability to meet the demands of the role, including lifting up to 75 lbs and working in challenging environments.

Compensation: $65,00+ depending on experience + Bonus eligibility
