Working from home and their office and traveling a very localized area, minimal overnights required.

Working with farmers to provide crop insurance and strong customer service, going above and beyond.

Helping them understand the needs to make sure coverage is adequate.

Providing excellent customer service.

Traveling the area of Gibson and surrounding counties to grow the customer base.

Strong drive to go out, network, meet people and call their network to provide them crop insurance.

Solid farm background and experience selling direct to farmers is a plus.

Entrepreneurial spirit - the more you sell, the more you make.

2+ years of Ag sales experience, preferably direct to farmer.

Ability to pass your insurance exam.

Be a local of the Gibson Co Indiana or surrounding areas.
