Controller - Ag Industry
Ag 1 Source is looking for a Controller for the Ag Industry, with multiple divisions, multiple sites and a growing, remodeled organization with a solid future strategic direction and focus!

What you will be doing:
- Compile and analyze financial reports.
- Develop and manage financial controls in accordance with the company’s procedures.
- Provide support to accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Manage the preparation of payroll for personnel.
- Support other various financial duties as needed.
- Develop and build relationships with banking institutions, etc.
A successful candidate for the Controller job will possess the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Accounting, Finance or related discipline
- 8 years of accounting experience
- Prefer certified CPA with experience in the ag industry
- Background experience in multiple divisions, multiple income streams, capital projects, taxes, etc.
- This is based at company corporate offices, NOT a "remote home office" option
Compensation: Compensation for this role at about $85-125,000 level, plus nice benefits package, etc.
Benefits: This position includes great benefits.
Desired Location: The Controller will be located in southern Minnesota but must have ability to commute to office daily.
