Agronomy Manager – Eastern Nebraska
Ag 1 Source is seeking an experienced Agronomy Manager to oversee the agronomy department for a multi-location ag retailer in Eastern Nebraska.What's in it for you:

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with manufacturer representatives on programs and rebates to secure the best prices for chemicals, fertilizers, and seeds.
- Develop an affordable and effective product line that maximizes profits for both the retailer and the producer.
- Manage multiple locations with full-service agronomy facilities.
- Monitor inventory levels of chemicals, seeds, and fertilizers.
- Oversee all purchasing for the agronomy department.
- Work with P&L statements and budgeting in collaboration with other managers.
Qualifications:
- Strong agronomic skills, including sales experience and field knowledge.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building relationships with customers.
- Ability to manage and direct the agronomy team with daily and long-term plans.
- Understanding of P&L statements.
- Proficient in working with vendors and developing programs.
Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $150,000, depending on experience.
