Agronomy Manager- Colorado
Ag 1 Source is looking for an Agronomy Manager for an ag retailer located in Eastern Colorado. This role is customer-focused, providing agronomic recommendations and support to help local producers thrive. The ideal candidate will gain valuable experience in agronomy operations, including managing a P&L, pricing, and inventory management, all while fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.

What you will be doing:
- Providing Agronomy Solutions: Work directly with customers, offering expert agronomic recommendations tailored to their unique needs.
- Managing Agronomy Operations: Oversee all aspects of agronomy operations, including P&L, inventory management, and pricing.
- Promoting a Team Environment: Foster a collaborative work atmosphere to support team goals and objectives.
- Prioritizing Safety: Adhere to and advocate for safe work practices and policies.
- Utilizing Technology: Leverage technology in agronomy solutions, including computers, tablets, and smartphones, to enhance efficiency and customer service.
A successful candidate for this Agronomy Manager position will possess the following:
- Minimum of Five Years’ Experience in agronomy operations or a related field.
- Customer Focus: Ability to provide practical and strategic agronomy solutions and build lasting customer relationships.
- Organizational and Coordination Skills: Capable of managing tasks efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities for effective client and team interactions.
- Adaptability and Team-Oriented Approach: Willingness to collaborate, solve challenges productively, and thrive in a team-based environment.
Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications $80-100K with a solid bonus/commission plan in place.
