Account Manager - Central Kansas

Responsibilities:

• Call on producers/end users to promote proprietary and major manufacturer products.
• Conduct scouting and provide recommendations for seed, chemical, and fertilizer.
• Collaborate with managers and operations professionals to ensure timely and accurate completion of daily schedules.
• Follow up with customers on crop plans and recommendations.
• Spend significant time in the field, sampling soils for producers.

Qualifications:

• Strong agronomy skill set with expertise in recommending all agronomy products.
• Understanding of ag retail operations and a willingness to promote the company daily.
• Effective communication with producers and ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Compensation: Salary structure dependent on experience. Newer professionals expect around $70K base, experienced candidates up to $100K.
