Sales Manager - Texas Panhandle

If new technologies and working with farmers/producers to help them navigate through the various precision ag options, help them to actually utilize their data and consult on the agronomics of the crops is something you are passionate about, then this Sales Manager role is an opportunity to consider.

We have an opportunity to work with a rapidly growing client to place a Sales Manager in the Texas panhandle. The ideal candidate should be located in the area from Lubbock north.

This Sales Manager will call on large acreage growers (average farm over 3, 000 acres) who are innovative to technologies that can help them be more profitable and manage through using precision ag products strategically for overall better decision making on the farm.

We are seeking an individual who has called directly on farmers in the past for this role and is accustomed to selling a value added product.

Someone who has worked in sales for an Ag Retailer, Ag Equipment company or other roles that have them selling a product or service direct to the producer would all be good backgrounds for this role.

This is an opportunity to join up with an exciting new organization and really make an impact on their business here in the panhandle as well as impact your growers bottom line.

You will be working in a team including an Agronomist who will provide more of the technical expertise to the growers, your responsibility as a Sales Manager is to work as a team to continue to support those growers and then find new producers.
