Ag 1 Source is looking for a Grain Operations Manager/ Shuttle Loader in Western Nebraska to oversee the operations of a highly successful rail terminal grain operation. This operation is part of a highly successful, ag retail organization, where you can manage a facility with up to 5-7 employees in season. This is the perfect opportunity to take your grain operations experience to the next level.

What you will be doing:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the terminal grain facility.
- Lead the planning of future location advancements and expansion.
- Focus on driving safety, efficiency, and profitability of the operation.
A successful candidate for this Grain Operations Manager/ Shuttle Loader job will possess the following:
- Grain facility and operations background.
- Rail experience.
- A desire to lead a team seeking continuous improvement.
- Experience in supervising full-time and part-time employees.
