Agronomy Operations Manager - Eastern Nebraska
Ag 1 Source is looking for an Agronomy Operations Manager for a well-respected client who is seeking an experienced individual who has a successful history of managing an ag retail location as well as working with farmers to provide superior customer service and sales to the customer. Some sales experience would be beneficial in this role. This is a great location with some upside potential for growth but solid business currently.

What you will be doing:
- Manage the agronomic side of the business involving seed, chemicals and fertilizer.
- Managing and motivating the team as well as assigning tasks and scheduling applications/deliveries.
- Provide customer support and service and promote a service-oriented culture.
- Oversee the safety, inventory and other operations centric duties of the location.
A successful candidate for this Agronomy Operations Manager will possess the following:
- Experience in managing a successful sales territory and/or agriculture business of some sort, preferably with an agronomic and/or ag retail focus.
- Familiar with Eastern Nebraska.
- Personality to quickly build rapport with both the agronomy team and the customers.
- Solid can-do attitude and the ability to self-manage and run something as if it were their own business.
Compensation: Base compensation for this role will depend on experience will range from $70-$85K base salary range with additional bonus opportunity.
