Agronomy Operations Manager
We have an opportunity in Eastern North Carolina to join a well-respected Ag Retail organization in a Management capacity.
In this particular role, we are more open in regard to management background, we are seeking someone with a strong agricultural background, preferable within the agronomy side of the industry, but would consider someone with management experience.
We need someone who has experience managing people as well as budgets and the day to day operations.
This organization is in a position to be able to spend some time getting someone up to speed and providing some mentoring if someone doesn’t come specifically out of Ag Retail to best make the transition successful.
This is a well performing location, great customers and solid team of employees.
If you have interest in making a move into management or have management experience outside of Ag Retail, this could be the chance to move into an organization that will continue to have opportunities for you to advance in your career in the local region.
Compensation will depend on experience and will be competitive, with solid benefits and bonus potential.
